I ordered 2 of the items and when i set the codes, only one of the items worked. I am now trying to find a battery (hoping that is the problem) but i cannot find the right one.

The 3083 mini Two Button clicker is a great product. It is tiny compared to the big bulky opener that came stock with our electric gate. I carry mine in the little watch pocket of my jeans. Like another reviewer here I ride a motorcycle, and as I get close to our driveway I can reach down and click the button without even taking the clicker out of my pocket. It works just as well as the stock unit, and programs the same.
I have ordered several of these over the years, as everyone else who has a full size clicker to the gate wants one too. I was buying them elsewhere on line before it dawned on me to check to see if Amazon carried them. Much cheaper here!

I commute on a motorcycle and needed something that could be programmed to open the community gate and my garage, and be small and accessable to grab as I'm riding. This little thing was definitely the ticket. It's hardy, durable, and has lasted through years of abuse. I keep it on my keychain, on the bike, and it's been exposed to rain, no problems. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a small opener.
The only improvements I can think is if they can make it even smaller, and prettier. Even if they would just offer it in black would be a great improvement.
But those are minor things. This is a great little gadget as it is.
