I wouldn't use it for heavy duty needs, but if you are in an apartment or office where you need some security, this is a good device. Of course, its lightweight, so it can simply be picked up and taken, but by in large, if you're not worried about that kind of theft, its a good value.
The unit does come with a light-medium weight metal cable for securing the safe to an immovable object, but with the proper tools, that could be cut. Again, this safe is worthwhile for light-medium useage.

Works very well for a home safe. Not intended as a high security safe, it nevertheless is quite satisfactory keeping random light fingers away from items of sentimental or moderate value. Also, it is very easy to operate.

The SentrySafe X105 is an excellent buy. I have only one small criticism. After the combination has been entered and the door knob has been turned, there is not enough to hold onto to easily open the door. Other than that small problem, this is an excellent product.
